How is the delivery time calculated?
When processing your order, we consider the following factors to calculate the Estimated Delivery Date:
Order Processing:
Once your payment is authorized and verified, we will begin processing your order. This process may take between 5 to 6 business days. Please be patient with us during this time. If there is any issue with your payment, address details, or incomplete information, it may result in a delay in processing your order.
Estimated Transit Time:
Delivery carriers have implemented social distancing policies, so you will not be asked to sign on electronic devices, and parcels will be delivered contact-free.
Carrier: UPS/FedEx/USPS.
Delivery Timescale: Over 90% of orders arrive within 10 business days of dispatch.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you have not received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, we do not deliver products to P.O. box addresses within the United States.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus shipping costs for the return. For detailed information, please refer to our full Return Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Lost Packages
If your package was returned to the sender or lost during shipment, and the address provided was valid and correct, we will happily resend the order or issue a refund. Please visit our support page for more details. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages lost due to incorrect address entries by the customer.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered during checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. In such cases, we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us, after which we can provide you with a refund or exchange.
