Refund Policy at Necklace for a Friend

At Necklace for a Friend, we strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us here to submit your request.

We are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction with every order placed on Necklace for a Friend. To ensure your rights as a customer, please refer to our refund policy under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Items

We are dedicated to assisting with cases where customers receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty items. This includes:

  • The product doesn’t match the description on the website: Wrong item, wrong material, wrong size.
  • The product received is torn, dirty, wet, or has hair or other defects.
  • The product received has visible defects such as blurry or misaligned prints.

If a product is damaged or the print peels after the first wash, please contact us for assistance within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, for orders over 30 days from the delivery date, Necklace for a Friend cannot support claims related to these issues.

Please provide the following information to us:

  • Your order information to confirm the purchase.
  • Photos of the packaging label.
  • Photos of the item and size tag/neck label together.
  • Photos clearly showing the damaged/wrong/faulty part that differs from the website description.

Note: For orders with multiple items, please provide photos/videos of the products laid side by side on a flat surface.

Once we receive all the necessary evidence and confirm that the product qualifies under our refund policy, you will receive a refund to the account used for the original payment.

  1. Wrong Size Items

We also assist customers who receive items in the wrong size. Specifically, if the product’s measurements differ by more than 1.5″ from the standard measurements provided in the size guide, we’ll help resolve the issue.

Please contact us for assistance within 30 days of receiving your order. For orders over 30 days from delivery, Necklace for a Friend cannot support size-related claims.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order information to confirm the purchase.
  • Photos of the item and size tag/neck label together.
  • Photos clearly showing the actual measurements (width and length) of the item using a measuring tape.

Note: For orders with multiple items, please provide photos/videos of the products laid side by side on a flat surface.

Once we confirm the size difference (unused product with over 1.5″ discrepancy), you will receive a refund to the account used for the original payment.

  1. Lost Items

We guarantee assistance for cases where your order is lost during shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details to ensure you receive the correct items.

If you haven’t received your package, please check your mailbox, security cameras, ask neighbors, and contact your local post office to confirm it isn’t being held. If the package is still not found, contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order information.
  • A verified shipping address.
  • Confirmation from your local post office that the package has not been received.

Once we receive all necessary information, you will receive a refund to the account used for the original payment.

For orders over 30 days from the delivery date, Necklace for a Friend cannot support claims regarding lost items.

  • Order code.
  • Shipping address.
  • Recipient’s details: Full name, phone number, and email address.
  1. Order Cancellation

After placing your order, you have a 4-hour window to cancel it. Simply submit a cancellation request here, and your order will be canceled with a full refund to the payment method used for your purchase. Once the 4 hours have passed, Necklace for a Friend cannot accommodate order cancellations or modifications.
