Returns and Exchanges Policy for Necklace for a Friend

At Necklace for a Friend, we offer returns and exchanges for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you need to return an item, please contact us to submit your request, and we will assist you promptly.

  1. Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee.

  1. Returns and Exchanges are permitted ONLY when the items meet the following conditions:

a. Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Items
We are committed to assisting with cases where customers receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty items. This includes situations where:

  • The product does not match the description on our website, including wrong items, wrong material, or wrong size.
  • The product is torn, dirty, wet, or contains foreign material such as hair or lint.
  • The product has visible defects, such as blurry or misaligned prints.
  • The product is damaged or the print peels after the first wash.

b. Wrong Size Items
We will assist with returns or exchanges if the size you receive differs from the size guide by more than 1.5″ from standard measurements.

c. Non-Fitting Items
We offer assistance for cases where customers receive items that do not fit. Please note that only t-shirts and tank tops are eligible for returns and exchanges in such cases.

d. Shipping-Related Damaged/Faulty Items
If your items were damaged or faulty due to issues during shipping, we are here to help. Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. If you find any issues, return the products to the courier immediately or contact Necklace for a Friend within 30 days of delivery for prompt support.

  1. Products Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • The product meets the conditions outlined above.
  • The product shows no signs of use, with the neck label intact, and is returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the delivery date.
  1. Product Return Process

Please follow these steps to ensure your product is eligible for a return:

  • Contact us and clarify the issue with the products by sending an email to [email protected] or by filling out the contact form on our website at https://necklaceforafriend.com/contact-us/.
  • When contacting us, please provide the following information:
    • Order information to confirm the purchase.
    • Photos of the packaging label.
    • Photos of the item clearly showing the damaged/wrong/faulty part that differs from the description on the website.
    • Photos showing the actual measurements of the item (if you received the wrong size).
    • Information about the item you want to have resent.

Note: For orders with multiple items, please provide photos/videos of the products placed side by side on a flat surface.

  • Once we verify that your items meet the return requirements, you will receive a refund or a replacement will be sent to your address within 7 business days. You do not need to send the package back.

Important Notes:

  • Products returned without prior verification from Necklace for a Friend are not eligible for support.
  • You will only receive a replacement for an item of the same or higher value than the returned product. If the replacement item is of a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
